A cup of blackberries has only 62 calories, less than a gram of fat, 2 grams of protein, no cholesterol and a single gram of sodium. It also contains 7.6 grams of fiber, that is more fiber found in a cup of bran flakes. There is only 7 grams of fiber in one cup of bran flakes.
