advisable to consume small frequent meals rather than the usual 3 day
full meals. The benefit of frequent small meal is geared towards
consistent metabolism rate. It enables the body to burn enough energy
without compromising the burning of fats. The result is a consistent
metabolic rate which is ideal for achieving weight loss goals.
